Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At Pristine Bali, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business operations. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@pristinebali.com.

2. Cancellation Timeline and Fees

Standard Tours (Half-day and Full-day)

More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund (100%)

3 days before tour: 50% refund

Less than 24 hours before tour: No refund

No-show: No refund

3. Weather-Related Cancellations

3.1 Severe Weather: If we cancel a tour due to severe weather conditions that pose safety risks, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.

3.2 Light Rain: Tours generally proceed in light rain as it's common in tropical climates. Rain gear will be provided when necessary.

3.3 Customer Choice: If you choose to cancel due to weather that we deem safe for touring, standard cancellation fees apply.

4. Medical and Emergency Cancellations

4.1 Medical Documentation: Cancellations due to medical emergencies require proper medical documentation from a licensed healthcare provider.

4.2 Refund Amount: With valid medical documentation, we offer:

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the tour
  • 50% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the tour

4.3 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen medical emergencies and trip cancellations.

5. Tour Modifications by Pristine Bali

5.1 Itinerary Changes: Minor itinerary changes due to local conditions, traffic, or other factors do not qualify for refunds.

5.2 Tour Cancellation by Us: If we cancel your tour due to insufficient bookings, equipment failure, or other operational reasons, you will receive:

  • Full refund of all payments made
  • Priority booking on alternative dates
  • Compensation voucher for future bookings (if applicable)

6. Group Bookings

6.1 Group Size Changes: If your group size decreases, the per-person rate may increase based on our pricing structure.

6.2 Partial Cancellations: Individual cancellations within a group booking follow the standard cancellation policy for the remaining participants.

6.3 Full Group Cancellation: Cancellation of entire group bookings may be subject to additional fees depending on the services already arranged.

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval.

7.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

7.3 Currency: Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment.

7.4 Bank Fees: Any bank or credit card processing fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Third-party bookings (flights, hotels, etc.) arranged through our partners
  • Special permits or entrance fees already purchased
  • Custom arrangements or special requests with associated costs
  • Gift certificates and promotional vouchers (unless required by law)

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by contacting our customer service manager. We will review your case within 3 business days and provide a final decision. All decisions made by Pristine Bali management are final.
