1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pristine Bali's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from Pristine Bali.

2.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

2.3 Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price quoted at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Changes

3.1 Customer Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in our Refund Policy.

3.2 Changes by Pristine Bali: We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

3.3 No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your scheduled tour without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full tour price.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Fitness Requirements: Participants must be in reasonable physical condition for the activities they have booked. Please inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your participation.

4.2 Safety Instructions: All participants must follow safety instructions provided by our guides. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

4.3 Insurance: We strongly recommend that all participants have adequate travel and medical insurance coverage.

5. Liability and Responsibility

5.1 Limitation of Liability: Pristine Bali's liability is limited to the cost of the tour booked. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

5.2 Personal Property: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Pristine Bali is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

5.3 Third-Party Services: We may use third-party service providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties.

6. Photography and Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes by Pristine Bali. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the beginning of the tour.

7. Force Majeure

Pristine Bali shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government regulations.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
